Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, International Trade, or related field.
• 10+ years in strategic purchasing and procurement operations.
• Experience with import/export or trading environments.
• Experience in supplier management and contract negotiations.
• Proficiency with Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and procurement software platforms.
• Experience working with ERP systems, preferably SAP.

Responsibilities

• Oversee strategic procurement for product categories and supplier assessments.
• Negotiate long-term contracts including pricing and terms.
• Monitor supplier performance and manage risks.
• Lead onboarding of new suppliers and framework agreements.
• Coordinate supplier meetings and supplier visits.
• Maintain master data in ERP and pricing accuracy.
• Ensure timely purchases and service levels with suppliers.
• Collaborate with cross-functional and international teams.
