Job summary

Keurig Dr Pepper Inc. is seeking a Sourcing Manager – Facilities Management to lead strategic sourcing activities across facilities categories from our Frisco, TX office. You will partner with stakeholders to develop category strategies, drive cost optimization, improve supplier performance and mitigate risk, reporting to the Sr.

Manager, Sourcing – Real Estate & Facilities Management. You will lead sourcing events, supplier evaluations and negotiations, develop TCO models, and ensure contract

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, business, finance or related field.
• 5+ years of strategic sourcing, procurement or category management experience.
• Experience with Facilities Management or Real Estate categories preferred.
• Led competitive sourcing events, negotiations and supplier contracting.
• Strong analytical, financial modeling and total cost of ownership capabilities.
• Stakeholder management and communication skills with cross-functional influence.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; SAP/Ariba and PowerBI experience preferred.
• Willingness to travel up to 25%.

Responsibilities

• Lead and execute strategic sourcing across Facilities Management categories.
• Develop and implement category strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define requirements and sourcing approaches.
• Lead sourcing events, supplier evaluations and negotiations.
• Perform spend, market and supplier analyses to identify savings opportunities.
• Build financial models and TCO analyses to support decisions.
• Negotiate favorable terms with suppliers in partnership with Legal.
• Maintain supplier relationships and governance with KPIs and SLAs.
• Identify value creation, supplier innovation and risk mitigation.
• Drive cross-functional sourcing initiatives and stakeholder alignment.
• Ensure compliance with procurement policies and SOX controls.
• Report progress, savings and value creation to leadership.
