Job summary

You will lead sourcing initiatives and partner with Global Marketing Procurement to translate business priorities into practical supplier solutions. Reporting to NA Procurement leadership, you will build governance, apply analytics, and develop a high-performing team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field; MBA preferred.
• 8+ years in procurement/strategic sourcing with leadership.
• Experience in category management across Marketing/Services.
• Strong knowledge of marketing agency and production ecosystems.
• Proven track record negotiating services agreements and driving business value.

Responsibilities

• Own category strategy for Marketing and Business Services spend.
• Lead sourcing events (RFI/RFP), supplier selection, negotiation, and contracting.
• Develop fit-for-purpose commercial models and rate structures.
• Deliver productivity, cost-avoidance, and value through supplier optimization.
• Build executive relationships with strategic agencies and providers.
