Job summary

Keurig Dr Pepper (KDP) seeks a Director of Procurement & Category Management – Logistics & Warehousing to lead North America logistics sourcing across truckload, LTL, intermodal, parcel, and warehousing. This role shapes network strategy, 3PL architecture, control tower capabilities, and make/buy decisions to optimize cost, service, resiliency, and enterprise agility.

Qualifications

10+ years of progressive procurement, sourcing, category management, or logistics experience in complex organizations.
Proven experience sourcing transportation and warehousing across multiple modes.
Strong leadership and ability to influence senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Own end-to-end category strategy for logistics and warehousing spend across NA markets.
Lead multi-mode bid events, RFPs, and lane-level award strategies to maximize coverage and rate performance.
Develop should-cost, cost-to-serve and index-based rate models; manage fuel surcharge programs and detention exposure.
Negotiate master transportation, brokerage, and warehousing agreements in partnership with Legal and stakeholders.
Source and manage 3PL and contract warehousing, including site selection, rate structures, and service levels.
