Job summary

Keurig Dr Pepper is seeking a Sourcing Manager – Facilities Management to lead strategic sourcing for Real Estate and Facilities Management. You will partner with stakeholders to design category strategies, drive cost savings and improve supplier performance in Frisco, TX.

The role requires strong analytical and negotiation skills, with experience in TCO analysis, contract terms and governance. Travel up to 25% may be needed.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, Business, Finance or related field.
  • 5+ years of strategic sourcing, procurement or category management experience.
  • Experience with Facilities Management, Real Estate or other complex indirect service categories.
  • Demonstrated experience leading competitive sourcing events, negotiations and supplier contracting.
  • Strong analytical, financial modeling and total cost of ownership capabilities.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills with the ability to influence cross-functional teams.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint; SAP/Ariba and PowerBI experience preferred.
  • Willingness to travel as required (25%).

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sourcing and category strategies across assigned Real Estate and Facilities Management categories.
  • Partner with key business stakeholders to understand requirements and develop sourcing strategies that support short and long-term business objectives.
  • Lead sourcing events, supplier evaluations and negotiations with specific targets for cost, service, quality and performance.
  • Conduct spend, market and supplier analysis to identify opportunities for cost savings, cost avoidance and continuous improvement.
  • Develop financial models and total cost of ownership analysis to support sourcing recommendations and business decisions.
  • Partner with Legal to negotiate and execute optimal contract terms and conditions with suppliers.
  • Develop and maintain strong supplier relationships and support supplier performance management through appropriate KPIs, SLAs and governance.
  • Proactively identify and implement new opportunities for value creation, supplier innovation and risk mitigation.
  • Lead cross-functional sourcing initiatives and influence stakeholders across the organization.
  • Maintain compliance with procurement policies, financial controls and SOX reporting requirements.
  • Report sourcing progress, savings and value creation results to business stakeholders, Finance and Procurement leadership.

Job Overview

The Sourcing Manager – Facilities Management is responsible for leading and executing strategic sourcing activities across Keurig Dr Pepper’s Facilities Management categories. This position will partner closely with business stakeholders to develop and implement category strategies, drive cost optimization and value creation, improve supplier performance, and mitigate supply and operational risk.

This role resides in our Frisco, TX office and reports to the Sr. Manager, Sourcing – Real Estate & Facilities Management.

What you will do
  • Manage a high spend across the facilities management category

Total Rewards
  • Salary Range: $96,800 - $126,000
  • Actual placement within the compensation range may vary depending on experience, skills, and other factors

Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, Business, Finance or related field required; advanced degree or professional certification preferred.
  • 5+ years of strategic sourcing, procurement or category management experience with a demonstrated record of achievement.
  • Experience with Facilities Management, Real Estate or other complex indirect service categories preferred.
  • Demonstrated experience leading competitive sourcing events, negotiations and supplier contracting.
  • Strong analytical, financial modeling and total cost of ownership capabilities.
