Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required; master's preferred.
15+ years leading large, complex teams or procurement in a big org.
Experience developing sourcing strategies and supplier portfolios.
Import sourcing and landed cost experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Lead the Private Brand Strategic Sourcing team through coaching and performance planning.
Develop and execute a multi-year strategic sourcing roadmap with business growth.
Use spend analysis and market benchmarks to identify savings opportunities.
Lead complex domestic and import negotiations with cross-functional stakeholders.
Develop a global supplier portfolio focusing on supply certainty and regulatory compliance.
Improve governance, processes, and reporting to scale Private Brands and savings.
