Cardinal Health is seeking an Advisor, Strategic Sourcing (Indirect) to develop and execute sourcing strategies for indirect categories across the organization. You will manage supplier relationships, lead competitive bids, and negotiate favorable terms to maximize value and minimize risk.

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Finance, Economics, or a related field preferred.
• 3+ years in strategic sourcing (indirect) with category management, supplier management and negotiation experience.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills; ability to interact with all levels of the organization and external partners.
• Strong financial acumen; demonstrates ability to analyze financials and drive value.
• Strong project and process management skills; capable of leading complex initiatives.
• Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); SAP/SAP Ariba knowledge is a plus.
• Working knowledge of the industry and market conditions.

Responsabilidades

• Lead category sourcing for assigned indirect categories (e.g., EHS, Energy, Facilities).
• Serve as primary sourcing partner for stakeholders within indirect categories.
• Collaborate with indirect suppliers to source goods and services.
• Initiate, negotiate, and finalize new supplier contracts; maintain existing contracts.
• Manage RFP events within assigned indirect categories.
• Drive procurement discipline and ensure compliance with internal stakeholders.
• Review and approve purchases and new supplier setups; collaborate with legal/compliance.
