Cardinal Health is seeking an Advisor, Strategic Sourcing (Indirect) to lead category sourcing for assigned indirect goods and services, partner with stakeholders, and drive value through competitive bids, negotiation, and contract optimization.

You will analyze spend data, manage RFPs, and collaborate with legal and compliance to secure favorable terms while advancing procurement excellence across the organization.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in business-related field preferred.
• 3+ years in strategic sourcing, category management, supplier management and negotiation.
• Effective English communication and presentation skills.
• Demonstrates strong financial acumen.
• Strong project and process management skills.
• Proficient in MS Office; SAP/SAP Ariba a plus.
• Knowledge of industry and market conditions.

Responsabilidades

• Category Sourcing Lead for assigned indirect categories (e.g., EHS, Energy, Facilities).
• Primary sourcing partner for stakeholders within indirect categories.
• Collaborate with indirect suppliers to source indirect goods and services.
• Initiate, negotiate and finalize new indirect supplier contracts and maintain existing contracts.
• Manage RFP events within assigned indirect categories.
• Drive purchasing discipline and compliance with internal stakeholders.
• Review and approve BuyNow purchase requests and new supplier setups.
• Work with legal and compliance to ensure favorable contract terms.
