Cardinal Health is seeking a Strategy Sourcing - Indirect Advisor to lead end-to-end sourcing for indirect categories, partnering with stakeholders to understand needs and optimize value.

You will manage RFPs, negotiations and contracts, collaborate with legal and compliance, and apply market intelligence to identify cost savings while upholding risk controls and supplier performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in business, supply chain, finance, economics or related field.
• 3+ years in strategic sourcing, category management, supplier management and negotiation.
• Strong communication skills and ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels.
• Demonstrates strong financial acumen and process/project management skills.
• Proficiency with MS Office; familiarity with SAP Ariba is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Category Sourcing Lead for assigned indirect categories (e.g., EHS, Energy, Facilities).
• Support key stakeholders as the indirect sourcing partner.
• Collaborate with indirect suppliers to source goods and services.
• Initiate, negotiate and finalize new indirect supplier contracts; maintain existing contracts.
• Manage RFP events; drive purchasing discipline and compliance.
• Review and approve BuyNow requests and new supplier setups.
• Collaborate with legal and compliance to ensure favorable terms.
