Job summary

Trustpilot is seeking a Senior Solutions Engineer in Denver to partner with Sales teams, translate customer needs into tailored integrations, and design scalable solutions that demonstrate value and ROI. You will present technical demos, support pilots, and ensure smooth handover to implementation, influencing both technical outcomes and commercial success.

You should bring strong API, integration, and SaaS knowledge with excellent communication skills to translate technology into business value

Qualifications

Experience in pre-sales, solutions consulting, or technical advisory roles within a SaaS or technology environment.
Strong understanding of APIs, web integrations, data flows, and common SaaS architecture.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, able to translate technical concepts into business value.

Responsibilities

Technical Discovery: uncover customer needs, environments and integration requirements.
Solution Design: develop clear, scalable solutions aligned with objectives and feasibility.
Product Demonstrations: deliver tailored demos showing Trustpilot’s value, flexibility and ROI.
Proof-of-Concepts: support pilots to validate functionality and integration before signature.
Technical Enablement: act as trusted advisor throughout the sales cycle; resolve blockers.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: work with Product, Engineering, and Implementation teams for handover.
Documentation & Knowledge Transfer: maintain documentation for solutions and requirements.
Feedback Loop: capture customer insights to inform product development.
