Job summary

Trustpilot is seeking a Solutions Engineer in Denver to empower the New Business and Account Management teams with technical demonstrations and hands-on validation of product fit. You will bridge technical features with customer requirements, delivering tailored proofs of concept and ensuring a smooth transition from evaluation to deployment.

Qualifications

• Experience in a technical customer-facing role such as Sales Engineering or Implementation.
• Ability to explain technical features to non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience handling multiple opportunities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Support Account Executives in uncovering customer needs and environments.
• Deliver tailored demos articulating Trustpilot’s value, flexibility, and ROI.
• Configure and present standard solutions addressing pain points and business goals.
• Manage pilot programs to validate functional requirements and technical impact.
• Answer technical questions and resolve blockers throughout the sales cycle.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Implementation teams to ensure solution integrity.
• Maintain documentation for proposed solutions and integration requirements.
• Capture recurring customer feedback to inform product.
