Truist seeks a Solution Delivery Leader to drive execution of CSBB strategies, delivering enhanced branch solutions and performance insights. You will partner with product, data, HR and technology teams, lead complex initiatives, and influence senior leaders to improve participation and outcomes across the consumer continuum.

Role emphasizes quantitative analysis, stakeholder influence, and strong communication in both virtual and in‑person settings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• Experience in project management and coaching leaders.
• 6+ years of combined leadership and product education experience.
• 4 years understanding of performance measurement and root cause analysis.
• Retail banking knowledge, branch operations experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.

• Design and implement strategic initiatives to drive branch network performance.
• Analyze performance results to identify risks and opportunities.
• Develop plans to improve solution delivery and management reporting.
