Truist Financial Corporation is seeking a Branch Leader to manage all aspects of the assigned branch, driving performance through coaching and development, and pursuing business growth in Small Business and related areas.

The role emphasizes compliance with internal controls, risk management and ethical standards, plus human capital decisions such as hiring, performance reviews and scheduling for the branch team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education and related training or experience.
• Two years of financial services and consumer/small business expertise or equivalent.
• One year of branch leadership or management experience.
• Strong interpersonal, sales relationship and prioritization skills.
• Strong written and verbal skills.
• SAFE Mortgage Licensing Act compliant within 30 days of employment/ NMLS background check.
• Ability to inspire, lead and coach others.

Responsibilities

• Promote positive public image in the community and instill Truist values.
• Drive branch business development across Small Business, Mass Affluent and IRM partnerships.
• Drive branch revenue through Small Business development and client strategies.
• Participate in civic and professional groups to prospect and develop new business.
• Lead, coach and motivate branch teammates to fulfill the Purpose, Mission and Values.
• Collaborate with IRM and Operations to ensure compliance with procedures and ethics.
• Interview, hire, schedule and conduct performance reviews for branch staff.
