Job summary

Truist is seeking a Branch Leader in the United States to manage all aspects of an assigned branch, driving performance through coaching, development, and strong client relationships. The role emphasizes cross-functional collaboration with IRM and Operations to ensure compliance and effective risk management.

Ideal candidates bring 1+ year of branch leadership experience, strong interpersonal and sales skills, and a track record of fostering community relationships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and related training.
• 2+ years in financial services or consumer/small business expertise.
• 1+ year of branch leadership or management experience.
• Strong interpersonal, sales and relationship skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• SAFE Mortgage Licensing Act compliant within 30 days and NMLS background check.
• Ability to inspire, lead and coach others.

Responsibilities

• Promote positive public image in the community and instill the Purpose, Mission and Values in the team and support of the Truist culture.
• Drive branch revenue through Small Business development and client strategies; grow Mass Affluent through appointments and outreach.
• Grow Small Business expertise through face-to-face appointments and outbound calling; expand client base.
• Participate in civic, government, professional and business groups to prospect and develop new business.
• Lead, coach and motivate teammates to fulfill Truist's Purpose and Values for client success.
• Partner with IRM and Operations to ensure compliance with procedures and training; promote One Team culture.
• Make human capital decisions including interviewing, hiring, performance reviews and disciplinary actions.
