Job summary

Brex is hiring a Sales Development Representative in Salt Lake City to prospect new customers and partner with Account Executives to showcase Brex's financial services platform.

You will identify growing companies, educate them on our corporate card and spend management tools, and maintain CRM activity while hitting daily KPIs. This hybrid role requires three days in the office weekly and up to four remote weeks per year.

Qualifications

• Experience in a general sales role or related field.
• Ability to proactively engage new clients through email and phone.
• High sense of urgency with adaptability in conversations.
• Strong communication skills to articulate the value of Brex.

Responsibilities

• Identify growing companies that would gain value from Brex.
• Educate prospects on Brex’s corporate card and spend management tools.
• Navigate conversations to uncover business needs and pains.
• Maintain and update CRM activity logs.
• Hit daily KPIs across multiple touchpoints (email, phone, social).
• Use email to follow up and confirm appointments.
• Provide feedback to improve advertising/marketing programs.
