Insight Global is seeking a Solution Architect to join our Talent Services Solutions Team. - Strong storytelling and executive communication capabilities
- Experience shaping solutions and drafting SOWs for awarded engagements
- Delivery understanding to ensure scalable, operable solutions
Responsibilities
- Guide clients through capabilities, experience, and outcomes; manage pipeline and advance pursuits
- Drive service offering maturation and innovation aligned with market trends
- Draft and negotiate SOWs with cross-functional teams across Sales, Delivery, Legal, and Finance
- Coach and mentor team members to foster capability development
