You will own major client relationships, drive account growth, mentor a solutions team, and contribute to thought leadership while collaborating with sales, research, and customer success to align solutions with strategic objectives.

Qualifications

• Strategic and analytical thinking to translate ambiguous client problems into structured, architecture-led solutions.
• Solution and data fluency across data products, research content, and AI tools into client-ready offerings.
• Financial acumen with a track record of revenue and account growth achievement.
• Management experience leading solution/consulting teams and client-facing delivery.
• Strong client management experience presenting to and influencing senior management.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with gravitas for senior stakeholders.
• Proactive problem-solving ability across varied industries and ambiguity.

Responsibilities

• Architect and sell bespoke, high-impact solutions, guiding delivery with cross-functional teams to hit revenue targets.
• Design integrated solutions combining data, expertise and AI capabilities for each client challenge.
• Oversee delivery quality and timelines across a portfolio to ensure client satisfaction and account growth.
• Lead client relationships, diagnose needs, and map opportunities to solution offerings for multi-year partnerships.
• Mentor and develop a solutions team, fostering continuous learning and technical excellence.
• Develop thought leadership and represent GlobalData at industry events to boost visibility.
