Kobie Marketing is seeking a Solutions Architect to lead client discovery and define the right solution across platforms. This remote/hybrid role partners with Sales, Product, and Delivery to ensure alignment and deliver value.

You will build BRDs, support cost alignment, and guide tradeoffs while traveling up to once per quarter. Join a values-led team that empowers leadership at every level and delivers high-impact loyalty solutions.

Responsabilités

• Owns discovery to define the right solution by eliciting and validating business requirements.
• Delivers solution documentation including BRDs, SCDs, and epic/feature briefs.
• Manages feasibility and cost alignment across delivery, data, software, CS, and strategy.
• Acts as the connective tissue between business, product, and technical teams.
• Represents solution expertise in RFPs, RFIs, and upsell conversations.
• Translates feedback into product direction to shape platform roadmap decisions.
• Builds demos, proposals, and pitch materials to establish credibility with clients.
• Maintains design integrity from planning through launch and flags risks early.
• Presents options and guides tradeoffs to help clients and internal teams.
