Job summary

Talkdesk is seeking a Manager, Solutions Engineering - Commercial to lead and grow a high-performing Solutions Engineering team in our Commercial vertical. This pre-sales leadership role emphasizes business storytelling and executive presence alongside deep technical expertise to design compelling solution architectures.

You will coach SEs, develop value-driven demonstrations, and partner with Sales, Product and Partner teams to accelerate adoption and drive revenue growth.

Responsibilities

• Lead a Solution Engineering team to drive go-to-market strategies and market penetration.
• Hire, onboard, and retain SEs while aligning with Talkdesk differentiators.
• Coach SEs to conduct value-driven conversations and develop solution demos.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Partner teams to accelerate adoption.
• Define and execute a go-to-market strategy for Commercial vertical.
• Develop strategic relationships with senior executives and other stakeholders.
