Job summary

Talkdesk, Inc. in Seattle seeks a Senior Director, Head of Americas Solution Engineering to lead a global organization across NA and LATAM, partnering with the SVP of Sales, Americas.

You translate complex technical capabilities into business value for enterprises. You will mentor managers and ICs, shape talent strategy, and drive revenue growth through strategic deals, cross-functional collaboration, and KPI-driven improvements in a fast-growing SaaS environment.

Qualifications

• 10-15+ years leading enterprise pre-sales/solution engineering in a high-growth SaaS environment
• 10+ years in CCaaS/CX space; AI/WEM/BI knowledge preferred
• Proven success in multi-million dollar enterprise sales cycles and regional ARR growth
• Executive presence with ability to translate tech concepts to C-level value
• Experience expanding pre-sales across NA and LATAM; LATAM dynamics a plus
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, global tech environment
• Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent experience

Responsibilities

• Drive regional GTM strategy with the Americas SVP to accelerate logo acquisition and ARR growth
• Act as executive technical sponsor for high-value deals across NA and LATAM
• Mentor and develop Solution Engineering Managers and frontline teams
• Own talent strategy, hiring, and resource allocation across NA and LATAM
• Foster a growth-oriented culture emphasizing learning and cross-functional collaboration
• Define regional KPIs, discovery methodologies, and demo standards to improve win rates
