Job summary

Elastic, the Search AI Company, seeks a Solutions Architect to serve as a technical authority for sales, customers, partners, and the community. You will understand customer goals, articulate how Elastic solves them, and own value-based relationships across organizations.

You will deepen product knowledge, guide engagements from discovery to technical win, and enable partners in sales cycles, while traveling up to 30% and occasionally internationally.

Qualifications

• Experience in a technical presales role within the Enterprise Sector.
• Ability to articulate and sell benefits of modern platforms and technologies.
• Strong curiosity and a commitment to continuous learning and improvement.
• Proven history of customer relations and architectural design that meets goals.
• Ability to influence and inspire teams and stakeholders.
• Willingness to travel 30% within region and internationally.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the technical point of contact for accounts and account managers in the assigned territory.
• Develop deep understanding of customers' goals and show how Elastic offerings address their needs.
• Create and maintain value-based relationships at all levels of customer organizations.
• Participate in planning and execution from discovery to technical win.
• Demonstrate Elastic products and solutions in sales meetings and events.
• Advise sales on effective positioning of Elastic products, solutions and services.
• Onboard and enable partners, supporting them in sales cycles.
• Create collateral and collaborate with teams to meet client needs.
• Be the voice of the customer to communicate needs to engineering and leadership teams.
• Deepen sales and technical skills through continuous learning.
