Elastic, the Search AI Company, is seeking a Solutions Architect to join our global sales enablement team in the United States. You will serve as a technical authority advising customers, partners, and the sales team, translating complex requirements into scalable Elastic Stack solutions.

You will travel up to 30% within the region and occasionally internationally, build strong relationships, and help drive successful outcomes through deep product knowledge and continuous learning that

• Proven track record in technical presales and earning customer trust.
• Ability to articulate benefits of modern platforms and technologies.
• Curious, continuous learner who improves themselves and the team.
• Experience crafting architectures that meet goals or beat competitors.
• Ability to influence and inspire groups.
• Willingness to travel 30% regionally and occasionally internationally.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the technical point of contact for accounts in the assigned territory.
• Understand customer goals and articulate how Elastic offerings address their needs.
• Craft and own value-based relationships at all levels in customer organizations.
• Participate in planning and execution for the territory, from discovery to technical win.
• Demonstrate the value of Elastic products in sales meetings and at events.
• Advise the sales team on effective positioning of Elastic products and services.
• Onboard, educate and enable partners, supporting them in sales cycles.
• Create collateral and collaborate with colleagues to meet client needs.
• Be the voice of the customer to communicate needs to engineering and leadership teams.
• Deepen sales and technical skills through self-driven education.
