Elastic, the Search AI Company, enables real-time answers across data, used by thousands of organizations worldwide. Elastic is seeking a SLED Solutions Architect to serve as the technical authority to our sales team, customers, partners and community.

You will understand and solve business issues with the Elastic Stack and enable sales through Partners. You will travel up to 40% within your region and occasionally internationally, continuously learn, and drive value in every engagement.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in a technical presales role.
• Ability to articulate and sell the benefits of modern platforms and technologies.
• A passion for being curious and a continuous learner.
• Experience building trusted relationships and devising architectures that meet goals.
• Ability to influence and inspire groups or teams.
• Willingness to travel 40% within region and occasionally internationally.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the technical point of contact for accounts and account managers in the assigned territory.
• Build a comprehensive understanding of customer goals and articulate how Elastic offerings address their needs.
• Create and own value-based relationships at all levels in customer organizations.
• Participate in planning and execution for the territory, from discovery to the technical win.
• Develop and maintain a deep understanding of Elastic products to demonstrate value in meetings and events.
• Advise the sales team on effective positioning of Elastic products, solutions and services.
• Onboard, educate and enable partners, supporting them in sales cycles.
• Craft collateral and collaborate with other Elasticians to meet client needs.
• Be the voice of the customer to communicate needs and improvements to engineering and leadership.
