Job summary

Drips seeks a strategic, technically fluent Solution Consultant to translate client goals into scalable data-driven conversational programs. You will own opportunities from discovery to proposal, design end-to-end technical solutions, and shape the commercial case with scoping and pricing inputs.

You will collaborate across sales, product, finance, and operations to build durable, executable programs while ensuring compliance with TCPA and HIPAA. Remote work within the U.S. is supported.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 3–6 years in solutions consulting or related roles.
• Experience translating discovery and client requirements into executable solutions.
• Familiarity with data integration concepts and APIs or file-based integrations.
• Knowledge of TCPA and HIPAA compliance.
• Strong Salesforce discipline and data hygiene.

Responsibilities

• Own opportunities through proposal delivery from qualification to proposal.
• Structure client use cases based on business challenges and outcomes.
• Produce PSGs/BRDs, business cases, flow charts and journey diagrams, and demos.
• Contribute to pricing inputs and packaging decisions.
• Define the data, trigger, and integration requirements (API or flat file).
• Navigate use-case governance and compliance constraints (TCPA, HIPAA).
• Align solutions to measurable outcomes and test design with stakeholders.
• Maintain Salesforce data accuracy across opportunities, PSGs, and assignments.
• Collaborate across sales, finance, product, operations, and legal.
