Job summary

Drips is seeking a strategic, technically fluent Solution Consultant to translate client goals into scalable, data-driven engagement programs. This role owns opportunities from qualification through proposal delivery, designing end-to-end technical solutions and shaping the commercial case behind them.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and/or 3–6 years in solutions consulting or related roles.
• Experience selling into healthcare, insurance, education, or regulated markets.
• Ability to translate discovery into scoped, executable solutions and specs.
• Familiarity with data integration concepts (APIs, flat-file or SFTP) and working with tech teams.
• Knowledge of TCPA and HIPAA compliance constraints.

Responsibilities

• Own opportunities from qualification through proposal delivery and design end-to-end solutions.
• Structure client use cases based on business challenges and outcomes.
• Create PSGs/BRDs, business cases, flow charts and journey diagrams, and demos.
• Contribute to pricing inputs and packaging decisions.
• Define data, triggers, and integration requirements for executable solutions.
• Maintain Salesforce data accuracy across opportunities and PSG status.
• Collaborate across sales, finance, product, operations, and legal.
