Job summary

Drips Holdings, LLC seeks a strategic, technically fluent Solution Consultant to translate client business goals into scalable, data‑driven engagement programs. You will design end‑to‑end technical solutions, produce scoping documents, business cases, and pricing inputs to turn designs into approved proposals.

You will work across sales, finance, product, operations, and legal to ensure solutions are feasible and sellable, from discovery through to signed proposals, including compliant data

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; 3–6 years in solutions consulting, sales engineering, pre‑sales, or hybrid strategy/product roles.
• Experience translating discovery and client requirements into scoped, executable solutions and written specifications.
• Familiarity with data integration concepts (APIs, flat-file or SFTP), and working with tech teams.
• Comfort with TCPA/HIPAA constraints and compliant outreach considerations.

Responsibilities

• Own opportunities through proposal delivery, driving discovery, scoping and solution design.
• Structure client use cases based on challenges and outcomes and determine reusable functionality.
• Produce PSGs/BRDs, business cases, flow charts, and demos to define scope and align stakeholders.
• Contribute to pricing inputs and packaging decisions, including bundled or performance-priced programs.
• Define data, triggers, and integration requirements to make solutions executable.
• Navigate governance and compliance constraints to identify sellable use cases.
• Align solutions to measurable outcomes and define test design and reporting with client insights.
• Maintain Salesforce data accuracy across opportunities and PSG status.
• Collaborate across sales, finance, product, operations, and legal to surface gaps and feasible enhancements.
