Job summary

Highmark Inc. is seeking a Business Consultant/Analyst to support solution strategy and portfolio analysis across multiple workstreams. You will craft business models, document requirements, and design end-to-end workflows to improve productivity and cost efficiency.

You will collaborate with leaders and clinicians, using Lean Six Sigma and human-centered design to derive actionable insights and credible recommendations, while aligning with regulatory and compliance considerations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or relevant experience as determined by the company in lieu of bachelor’s degree
• 3 years in a Business Consulting, Business Strategist, Business Analyst or Business Process Analyst role or related operational area
• 1 year in the Healthcare Industry (preferred)

Responsibilities

• Support definition, scoping, and prioritization of efforts for solution strategy and analysis within workstreams, with periodic leadership reporting
• Establish and maintain relationships across matrixed teams and stakeholders to broaden business knowledge and impact
• Lead planning sessions with solution portfolio leaders and stakeholders to design improvements to business models, processes, and systems
• Apply LEAN, Six Sigma, work simplification, and process optimization to deliver actionable insights
• Apply Human-Centered Design and core business analysis frameworks to identify impacts to people, process, and technology
• Identify root causes and develop recommendations to mitigate them
• Develop documentation and presentations detailing findings and supporting solution priorities
• Perform other duties as assigned
