Job summary

ServiceNow is seeking a Solution Consultant to impact revenue by supporting Solution Sales across the North America region. You will work with Sales, Product Management, and executives to develop, position, and deliver product-specific solutions throughout the sales cycle.

You will lead discovery workshops, answer technical questions, and provide feedback to shape product roadmaps while contributing to events and market differentiation.

Qualifications

• Experience evaluating how to integrate AI into business workflows and decision-making.
• 7+ years of pre-sales solution consulting or sales engineering experience.
• Proficiency with the ServiceNow platform or technical expertise with cloud software solutions.
• Experience collaborating with product management, product marketing, partners, and professional services.
• Territory management skills including pipeline building and cross-functional execution.

Responsibilities

• Support product sales as a technical and domain expert for a client-facing sales team.
• Lead discovery workshops to identify customer challenges and demonstrate product alignment with needs.
• Answer product feature and technical questions from customers, partners and colleagues.
• Provide feedback to product management on enhancements that add customer value.
• Share best practices and assets with the team to improve quality and efficiency.
• Stay current on competitive analysis and market differentiation.
• Support marketing events including executive briefings, conferences, user groups, and trade shows.
