Job summary

Salesforce is seeking a Solution Architect to lead one or more workstreams in complex enterprise engagements, partnering with customers and cross‑functional teams to design and deliver scalable solutions on the Salesforce platform.

You will act as a trusted advisor, translate business needs into technical designs, guide delivery, and ensure successful outcomes through outstanding communication with stakeholders at all levels.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in enterprise-level projects using both waterfall and agile methodologies.
• Extensive Salesforce configuration and customization experience.
• Ability to define architecture, gaps, and deliver comprehensive solutions
• Experience leading discovery sessions and writing user requirements
• Strong written and verbal communication; able to present to C-suite
