Job summary

Salesforce is seeking a Solution Architect to lead enterprise engagements, serving as a strategic advisor and Salesforce platform authority for our largest customers. You will drive vision, co-create solutions, and ensure successful delivery across multiple workstreams with a strong emphasis on public sector initiatives.

Required: 5+ years in enterprise projects, hands-on Salesforce expertise (Service Cloud, OmniStudio), US citizenship, ability to obtain Public Trust clearance, and willingness

Qualifications

• 5+ years in enterprise-level projects using waterfall and agile methodologies.
• Salesforce platform customization is a must.
• Experience defining architecture landscape, gaps, and delivering comprehensive solutions.
• Leading discovery sessions and writing user stories.
• Experience detailing business processes with diagrams and UML.
• Hands-on with Service Cloud, OmniStudio, Public Sector (PSS).
• Strong presentation and communication skills for diverse audiences.
• Experience with large-scale, multi-workstream implementations.
• Willingness to travel up to ~25%.

Responsibilities
