Job summary

Salesforce is seeking a Solution Architect to lead one or more workstreams in complex enterprise engagements. You will act as a strategic advisor, combining Salesforce product knowledge with industry experience to deliver measurable ROI for large customers.

Qualifications

5+ years of enterprise-level project experience using both waterfall and agile methodologies.
Extensive configuration and customization on the Salesforce platform.
Ability to define system architecture landscape and deliver comprehensive solutions.
Experience leading discovery sessions, business requirements, and user stories.
Hands-on with Service Cloud, OmniStudio, and Public Sector work.
Strong presentation skills and ability to communicate with diverse audiences.
Willingness to travel ~25% as needed.
Degree or equivalent experience; federal/public sector experience is a plus.
