Qualifications

• 5+ years of enterprise-level project experience using waterfall and agile methodologies.
• Extensive Salesforce configuration and customization experience.
• Ability to define architecture landscape and gaps to achieve business outcomes.
• Experience leading discovery, defining requirements, writing user stories, and designs.
• Experience detailing business processes and creating system designs.
• Hands-on experience with Service Cloud, OmniStudio, GovCloud.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a trusted advisor to the client.
• Lead internal initiatives to grow the consulting practice and share know-how.
• Guide customers in deploying new technologies to boost business value.
• Communicate clearly and instruct sophisticated concepts across roles.
