Job summary

Moss is seeking a Solar Electrical Field Project Engineer to support large utility-scale solar projects nationwide. You will assist the Electrical PM and Superintendent with admin, procurement, scheduling, and QA on site.

Ideal candidates have 6–12 months Solar internship or related project engineering experience, strong PC and PM software skills, and good communication abilities to coordinate with owners and teams across multiple states.

Qualifications

• This role requires 6–12 months minimum Solar internship or equivalent field engineering experience.
• Proficiency with construction project management software is expected.
• Effective communication with owners, A/E teams, and staff is essential.
• Basic finance skills to track costs and procurement are required.

Responsibilities

• Support Electrical PM and Superintendent in contract admin and procurement.
• Assist with change orders, submittals, and scheduling coordination.
• Monitor safety, quality controls, and field installations.
• Maintain logs, reports, and project documentation; support site meetings.

Education

Solar internship or project engineer experience

Strong computer skills with PM apps

Strong communication & interpersonal skills
