Job summary

Arcadis is seeking an Account Leader for its Software & Internet portfolio in the United States. You will manage client experience, drive growth across the existing client base, and help achieve portfolio margins across Software & Internet services.

You will build long-term relationships with key clients, lead a multidisciplinary account team, and pursue new commercial models while ensuring delivery excellence and an inclusive culture at Arcadis.

Qualifications

• Experience in account management or client management within professional services.
• Ability to grow relationships and increase share of wallet through cross-selling and service diversification.
• Strong understanding of pricing, cost of sales, client NOI and margins.

Responsibilities

• Drive organic growth within the Software & Internet client portfolio and oversee portfolio performance.
• Increase share of wallet through existing service offerings for Software & Internet clients.
• Lead pursuit teams, manage client reviews, and ensure accurate pipeline hygiene.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships and ownership of client experience and satisfaction.
