This is an influence-building role, not just posting. You will shape Parloa’s narrative, test new formats, and drive the editorial calendar while measuring impact with KPIs.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in managing social media and growing online communities.
• Exceptional editor and writer with a sharp, human voice.
• Deep understanding of how ideas and narratives spread in B2B tech.

Responsabilités

• Own Parloa’s LinkedIn, X, and emerging social accounts and make them feel like content people want to engage with.
• Define tone, topics, and sound for social and communities.
• Turn launches, industry news, events, and company moments into engaging content.
• Amplify ideas from executives, creators, customers, and the industry.
• Experiment with writing, video, data, humor, and new formats.
• Plan and execute Parloa’s social media editorial calendar.
• Own social metrics/KPIs and identify opportunities.
