• Ability to build genuine relationships with influential people.
• Experience managing external partners without dependency.

• Own Parloa’s LinkedIn, X, and emerging social accounts.
• Define topics and tone for social media and communities.
• Turn launches, industry news, research, events into engaging content.
• Connect and amplify ideas from executives, creators, customers, and the industry.
• Experiment with writing, video, data, humor, and new formats.
• Plan and execute the social media editorial calendar.
• Own social metrics and identify opportunities from data.
