Evlo AI is seeking a seasoned social media leader to own strategy, content, community, and paid amplification across LinkedIn, X, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube from our San Francisco office.

You will translate product launches and customer stories into scroll-stopping content, driving follower growth, engagement, and social-driven pipeline. You will collaborate with product marketing and founders to tell compelling narratives and stay ahead of platform trends.

Qualifications

• 4-7 years of social media management experience, ideally at a tech or B2B/B2C hybrid company.
• Proven track record of growing channels organically with portfolio or case studies to show for it.
• Strong copywriting and short-form video skills; comfortable scripting, shooting, and editing on a phone or in-studio.
• Hands-on with scheduling and analytics platforms (Sprout Social, Hootsuite, Buffer) and GA4.
• Experience managing paid social budgets with demonstrated ROI.
• Bonus: experience building executive/founder personal brands on LinkedIn or TikTok, and familiarity with influencer or creator partnerships.

Responsabilités

• Own and execute the monthly social content calendar across LinkedIn, X, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube
• Create, edit, and publish native content (copy, short-form video, graphics) using tools like Figma, CapCut, and Canva
• Manage community engagement: respond to comments, monitor brand mentions, and elevate real-time opportunities or issues
• Plan and optimize paid social campaigns via LinkedIn Ads Manager and Meta Ads Manager, managing budgets and CAC targets
• Track performance weekly in dashboards (Sprout Social or Hootsuite + GA4) and report growth, engagement, and attribution to leadership
• Partner with product marketing, design, and founders to build launch narratives and executive social presence
• Monitor trends, competitor activity, and platform algorithm changes to keep the brand ahead of the curve
