Job summary

Stripe is seeking a Solutions Architect to partner with customers and internal teams to drive strategic adoption of Stripe platform solutions. You will build trusted executive relationships and translate business needs into scalable technical architectures, including integrations with ERP/CRM systems and Stripe Connect.

Qualifications

• Five or more years in a customer-facing engineering role such as solution consultant, solutions architect, or sales engineer for a global software enterprise.
• Executive engagement skills and presence with ability to build credibility at all levels.
• Excellent group facilitation and meeting leadership for strategic opportunities.
• Thorough understanding of the software development lifecycle and API architecture.
• Outstanding communication skills to explain complex concepts to technical and non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Define the customer strategy and close new, complex opportunities within Stripe's Platform.
• Engage CIO/CTO/COO/CRO/CDO and other leaders, guiding technical wins.
• Design Stripe solutions with end-to-end roadmaps and third-party integrations.
• Conduct business analysis on customers, industries, and competitors.
• Lead strategy engagements with users and present solution demos to executives.
• Expand Stripe footprint into new markets and business units with local payment methods.
