Job summary

Stripe is seeking a Solutions Architect/Presales Engineer to build trusted relationships with C-level and technical decision makers, architecting Stripe solutions, and driving monetization opportunities. You will define customer strategies, conduct discovery, and lead solution demos and architecture discussions.

You will also expand Stripe’s footprint, coordinate pre-sales projects, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver end-to-end transformation journeys for diverse clients.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a customer-facing engineering role such as solution consultant, solutions architect, or sales engineer.
• Executive engagement with senior stakeholders.
• Facilitation of customer meetings and strategic discussions.
• Understanding of software development lifecycle and API architecture.
• Experience presenting and architecting solutions for platform customers.

Responsibilities

• Be a key member of the Platform account team; identify and close complex opportunities.
• Drive thought leadership with CIO/CTO/COO/CRO and heads of product engineering/payments.
• Understand customer objectives and design Stripe solutions; create end-to-end roadmaps and architectures.
• Conduct business analysis on customers, industries, and competitors.
