First Horizon Bank is seeking a Business Banking Relationship Manager in Tampa, FL. You will provide a full range of banking services to mid-market businesses with annual sales between $5M and $25M, focusing on client experience and risk management.

You will build relationships, assess needs, and structure loan solutions. You will retain and develop a robust pipeline, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and educate clients on financial planning, investments, insurance, and other bank

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 5–8 years of experience.
• Knowledge of cash flow and commercial credit underwriting preferred.
• Excellent presentation, verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Retain and develop business with existing and new customers.
• Build and manage a sales pipeline.
• Structure and close loan deals; coordinate closings.
