Job summary

Sealed Air Corporation, a knowledge-based packaging solutions leader, seeks an Account Manager to cover a geographical territory. You will prospect new customers, grow existing accounts, and collaborate with distributors to deliver Sealed Air value.

You will build deep customer relationships, analyze needs, present the full product portfolio, and drive profitability while planning sales in partnership with marketing.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree required; MBA or MS a plus.
• 3+ years of outside sales experience.
• 3+ years of MS Office Suite experience.
• Valid Driver’s License; ability to travel overnight.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint; CRM knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Drives sales growth through knowledge-based selling by researching customer needs and offering tailored solutions.
• Builds relationships with customers and distributors, guiding them from prospect to solution.
• Demonstrates market and solution knowledge to articulate Sealed Air products and programs.
• Creates sales, profitability, and growth plans for the assigned geography and targets.
• Maintains accounts, addresses issues promptly, and supports customer questions and inquiries.
