Job summary

Sealed Air Corporation seeks an experienced Account Manager to strengthen and grow relationships with existing customers across the Eastern U.S. This regional role focuses on keeping and expanding a portfolio of Liquibox bag-in-box customers, spanning Northeast, Mid-Atlantic, Southeast, and parts of Midwest.

Based in Charlotte, NC, relocation is available for the right candidate. You will lead keep-and-expand activities, develop account plans, coordinate with internal teams on service, quality

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is required.
• 8+ years of experience in account management or a related customer-facing role.
• Proven ability to build durable relationships across multiple levels.
• Willingness to travel regularly across the Eastern U.S.
• Strong listening, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Customer-minded approach to resolving issues and coordinating with teams.
• Experience with CRM for account planning and forecasting.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships across customer organizations at multiple levels.
• Develop and execute account plans to retain and expand business.
• Coordinate with internal teams on service, quality, supply, and pricing matters.
• Identify opportunities to expand within current accounts and pursue new regional growth.
• Travel regularly to meet customers and support business needs.
