Job summary

Sealed Air is seeking a Strategic Customer Account Project Specialist to support the Strategic Account team across the Northwest Arkansas region and travel to customer sites. You will build relationships, drive sales growth, and apply packaging science knowledge to develop new products and processes, including multi-layer films and automation within the meat processing sector.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of animal science, meat science, food science, or packaging science.
• Knowledge of the food industry, meat processing sector; plant experience is highly desirable.
• Understanding of packaging products, processes, equipment, and automation, especially in meat processing.
• Ability to understand technical concepts and translate them for non-technical audiences.
• Project management and/or research skills, including prioritization and deadlines.
• Strong customer-facing communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to work independently, take ownership, and drive projects with limited supervision.
• Willingness to travel frequently to customer sites and industry events.

Responsibilities

• Build strong relationships with key customer stakeholders across R&D, Procurement, Marketing, Engineering, and other areas.
• Understand customer needs and provide solutions for high customer satisfaction.
• Partner with the sales team to identify new business opportunities and drive revenue growth.
• Monitor industry trends to identify opportunities for expansion.
• Develop understanding of Sealed Air's products and communicate their value to customers.
• Provide technical guidance and support to customers and internal teams.
