Job summary

Sealed Air is seeking an Account Manager for the Cushioning segment to own a defined geographic territory and drive profitable growth by developing new business and expanding relationships with customers and distributors.

You will balance new opportunities with expanding existing accounts and use a consultative selling approach to deliver value across a broad portfolio, including protective packaging solutions.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of outside sales experience with a track record of meeting or exceeding goals.
• Experience developing new business, prospecting, closing opportunities, and growing existing accounts.
• Experience working with distributors and selling through a distribution model.
• Manufacturing, industrial, packaging, or B2B sales experience is valued.
• Strong ability to build relationships with distributors and end-user customers.
• Will travel 20–25% and hold a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Own a defined geographic territory and drive profitable growth by developing new business and expanding relationships with customers and distributors.
• Develop territory growth plans and manage opportunities through the sales cycle.
• Use a consultative selling approach to identify customer needs and connect them with Sealed Air solutions.
• Proactively prospect, schedule visits, and maintain a strong pipeline.
• Collaborate with Marketing and other commercial teams to improve account profitability and customer value.
