Responsibilities

• Prospect for new small business clients and deepen existing relationships to drive year-over-year revenue growth.
• Conduct discovery conversations to understand each client's business, goals, and financial needs.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for small business clients and recommend solutions across loans, deposits, and cash management.
• Design and structure financial solutions aligned to client objectives and credit standards.
• Monitor portfolio performance and credit quality, collaborating with underwriting and portfolio teams.
