U.S. Bank is seeking a Small Business Relationship Manager NMLS to deliver exceptional service and provide comprehensive financial solutions to mid-sized small business clients. You will manage a portfolio, develop new relationships, and collaborate across teams to drive revenue and support client outcomes.

The role requires NMLS registration and compliance with banking regulations, with travel in assigned territory and a focus on community engagement and responsible lending practices.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• Three to four years of experience in relationship banking.
• Strong consultative selling, financial analysis, and relationship management skills.

Responsabilidades

• Prospect for new small business clients and deepen relationships to drive year-over-year revenue growth.
• Conduct discovery conversations to understand client business, goals, financial needs, credit profile, and growth opportunities.
• Serve as the primary contact for small business clients and recommend solutions across loans, deposits, cash management, and core banking products.
• Design and structure financial solutions aligned to client objectives, credit standards, and portfolio quality.
• Manage portfolio performance and credit quality by monitoring market trends and risk indicators.
• Coordinate with underwriting, portfolio management, and internal teams to support reporting and client outcomes.
• Address client concerns and coordinate with business lines to deliver integrated solutions.
• Build relationships in the community and identify business development opportunities.
