Qualifications

• 4–6 years of relevant experience and post-secondary degree in related field or equivalent experience.
• Strong financial analysis skills to interpret statements, assess creditworthiness, and drive growth while mitigating risk.
• Knowledge of business banking products, lending processes, and related policies and procedures.
• Proven customer sales and service experience with a consultative approach.

Responsibilities

• Cultivates, builds, and manages relationships with a portfolio of small business clients to grow pipeline and market share.
• Develops and executes sales strategies to attract new business and expand existing relationships.
• Identifies opportunities, cross-sells products, and coordinates with internal partners to deliver financial solutions.
• Analyzes customer needs and provides accurate information and guidance on banking products and services.
• Maintains regulatory compliance and risk controls while delivering exceptional service to clients.
