Job summary

U.S. Bank is seeking a Small Business Relationship Banker to act as the primary SB Banking partner for assigned branches, delivering comprehensive financial solutions to small businesses with revenues between $500K and $2.5 million.

The role requires outside prospecting, sales activity, and strong CRM discipline to grow revenue and meet targets, while collaborating with branch teams and other business lines to maximize client value.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Accounting, Finance, or equivalent experience and job-related experience.
• Five or more years of customer service, consultative sales, networking, prospecting, and/or small-business banking experience.
• NMLS registration under the S.A.F.E. Act of 2008 and Regulation Z with ongoing regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrates excellent customer service per U.S. Bank Core Values while serving as the Small Business Banking partner for assigned branches.
• Develops relationships through proactive outreach, discovery, consultative selling, and disciplined follow-through.
• Identifies client priorities and delivers tailored financial solutions including deposits, lending, treasury, and digital tools.
