The position requires outside prospecting, five days on-site, and collaboration with branch partners and business banking teams to deliver value to customers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• Typically three or more years of customer service, consultative sales and/or prospecting experience.
• Comprehensive knowledge of applicable bank policies, procedures and support systems.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide financial solutions to small businesses with annual revenues between $500K and $2.5 million.
• Deepen existing customer relationships through routine calling and development activities.
• Develop new relationships through business development activities.
• Combine digital tools with human connections to offer banking solutions.
• Grow revenue through outside prospecting and meeting targets.
• Assist with account openings, product referrals and servicing.
