Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• Three+ years of customer service, consultative sales, and/or prospecting experience.
• Knowledge of applicable bank policies, procedures and support systems.
• Strong written and verbal communication to convey business recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service in accordance with U.S. Bank Core Values.
• Offer comprehensive financial solutions to small businesses with annual revenues between $500K and $2.5M.
• Deepen existing customer relationships and develop new opportunities through business development activities.
